Terms and conditions Derichi web shop

All prices on the Derichi web shop are including taxes and exclusive of postage and packaging. The only payment method is by bank transfer. After placing an order at Derichi you will automatically receive an e-mail with your order number, the product you ordered, the total amount to be paid (postage and packaging costs are added to the value of your order) and the bank account number to which you can transfer the money. Every order must be paid in advance.

After receiving the payment on our bank account Derichi will dispatch the order within 5 days. If an ordered jewel is out of stock it will take maximum of 3 weeks to receive the order.

To make sure your order is delivered at the correct address, Derichi sends all orders by registered mail to her customers. This means that we will add 6.75 euro to your total amount for all orders in The Netherlands.

We request our customers outside of The Netherlands to send us an e-mail so that we can calculate the shipping charges. International shipping charges vary per country and weight of package.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we give our customers the possibility to return their purchase within 7 days. The package must be returned by registered mail and:
  1) the jewel must not be damaged or worn;
  2) the original Derichi package and the invoice must be enclosed;
  3) the jewel must be well packed.
If the customer cannot meet to these requirements Derichi is not obliged to give a refund. The registered mail costs for returning the order are at the expense of the customer. After receiving the jewel Derichi will pay back the amount to the customer as soon as possible.

Retailers who are interested in wholesale prices can contact us by e-mail. We request you to mention your chamber of commerce registration number in your e-mail.

The freshwater pearls and semi-precious gemstones in Derichi jewelry can in reality deviate a little from those on the picture in the web shop. Pearls and gemstones are natural materials which are each unique in their shape and colour nuances.

Your Derichi jewelry can keep sparkling for years to come if you avoid contact with perfume, make-up, hairspray, lotions or water. This can make your jewelry look dull. Nor leave your jewelry in a steamy room or exposed to extreme heat or direct sunlight. If you want your sterling silver Derichi jewelry to keep its bright silver colour, keep your jewelry in a closed box or bag when you are not wearing it. This avoids oxidation.

Derichi respects the privacy of all users of the website and guarantees the confidentiality of the personal information you have given us. Derichi will never sell your personal information to a third party and will only use it for processing your order. We feel obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.
